We constantly review our service and
welcome any suggestions that help us
to provide an efficient service. We
will investigate complaints
appropriately. Please ask reception
staff for a copy of our patient
information leaflet; practice
complaints procedure.
Please communicate
a complaint in writing to Miss Sarah Brindley, Practice Manager.
We aim to acknowledge your complaint
within two working days and to have
looked into your complaint within
ten working days from the date we
received it.
