SUGGESTIONS/COMPLAINTS With regard to The Medical Practice

We constantly review our service and welcome any suggestions that help us to provide an efficient service. We will investigate complaints appropriately. Please ask reception staff for a copy of our patient information leaflet; practice complaints procedure.

Please communicate a complaint in writing to Miss Sarah Brindley, Practice Manager.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within two working days and to have looked into your complaint within ten working days from the date we received it.

Please communicate directly with the PCT who are responsible for the out or hours services.

Informal suggestions and complaints should be addressed to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the PCT address and contact details below.
